| Prof. Xingwu ZhangXi'an Jiaotong University, China Professor and PhD supervisor at Xi'an Jiaotong University, national defense leading talent, concurrently serving as Executive Deputy Director of the National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center, and a member and Secretary-General of the Talent Committee of the Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering, among other roles. He has long been dedicated to research on high-end equipment measurement, diagnosis, and control, leading over 10 projects including major national defense projects, major projects of the Two Engines initiative, key R&D plan projects, and the National Natural Science Foundation projects. He received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Wuhan University of Science and Technology in 1998, a master's degree in power engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2002, and a doctorate in mechanical engineering from National University of Singapore in 2007. Since 2011, he has been a Humboldt scholar at the Technical University of Munich in Germany and a visiting scholar at the University of Cranfield in the United Kingdom. He has 20 years of academic and industrial R&D experience in the fields of metal materials and advanced manufacturing. He has long been engaged in research on metal materials, metallurgy, corrosion of metal materials in the oil and gas industry, metal failure analysis, heat treatment, and metal 3D printing. He previously served as a senior R&D scientist in advanced manufacturing and remanufacturing at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore, leading industrial projects related to laser cladding and welding, as well as projects related to digital advanced manufacturing. |
| Prof. Hongchao ZhangNanjing University of Science and Technology, China Professor Hongchao Zhang is a master's supervisor at the School of Science, Nanjing University of Science and Technology. He mainly conducts research on the mechanisms of laser-matter interactions and advanced diagnostic technologies, as well as research on optoelectronic testing technologies such as transient process interferometry and imaging testing techniques. He has led a project funded by the Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation and a collaborative project, and has participated as a key researcher in several national projects, including the National Defense 973 Program. |
